Surfside Sports No Hassle Return and Exchange Policy


  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached.

  • All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

  • Shoes must be unworn and not have any tape or shipping labels attached to the box they came in.

  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed; with all tags attached.

  • Videos must not be opened.

  • Skateboards and snowboards must not be used.
  • We suggest that if you would like an exchange to order new item online and simply mail original order back.

  • Surfside Sports takes pride in making our customers happy with their purchases.

  • To return products simply mail the product back with an explanation for the return; along with a copy of your receipt.

  • Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.
  • Surfside Sports suggests that you ship back returns with tracking and or insurance.Surfside Sports is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit.
